We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at hello@loftandstrand.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Size Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size belt or collar? Size exchanges are free. Email us at hello@loftandstrand.com and we’ll arrange the swap. We’ll send your new size as soon as the original is on its way back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For defective items, we provide a prepaid return label.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@loftandstrand.com with photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
